As with that China has become a member of WTO, the enterprises would face more and more fierce competition. The competition among corporations is the competition of talents in the final analysis, so more and more enterprises realize that human resource has become the strategic resource of the remain invincible in future competition. Since the performance management system is the core of human resource management system of modern enterprises, so how to use the human resource management system, especially the design of performance management system to motivate employees and adapt to the development of the enterprise performance management system would be the urgent problem for enterprises.Recently, many domestic enterprises have been continuously implement the performance management system, but the effect of implementation is not good. And it appears lots of problems, such as the understanding of performance management, performance management system between superficial and enterprise development strategy, re examination of light feedback and so on, thus the performance management of the enterprise is difficult to play its due role. This paper chose the performance management system of H Company as the research object. Firstly, this paper analyses the current situation and problems of performance management system in H Company. According with these existing problems of the performance management system in H Company, the paper would propose the optimization solution in order to have reference significance to H company and expect to provide reference for the same industry or enterprises of different industries. |
