| The traditional external suppliers management system and enterprise internal project management system are getting more challenges in nowadays global supply chain competitive environment, because now competition is not individual competition between suppliers, but happens between their whole supply chains. If supply chain enterprises follow the traditional management system to only focus on their own corporate interests, then it will result in the gap to supply chain information flow and eventually do harm to the interests of whole entire supply chain. Therefore, under the supply chain environment, no matter M company or its supplier chain corporations will have to shorten the process and avoid waste and optimize costs, making the entire supply chain more agile and efficient, and in order to achieve this goal, the only way is to make internal and external process be integration, and finally make whole supplier chain be collaboratively integrated and maximize the benefits.Firstly of all, this paper clarify current status of M company’s internal quality management system of product development process and external supply chain quality management system status; then two chosed customer return cases study are given to discuss internal project quality management and external supply chain quality management, statistics and causal graph analysis are used to analyze the root cause of problem, and attempt to solve current predicament based on vertical and horizontal collaborative supply chain integration perspective of the ways; and finally, in order to establish collaborative qulity chain management system under supply chain environment, this paper discuss the approach of enhancing internal the quality of collaborative product development process management and establishing external quality chain collaborative supply chain management system, and ultimately complete M company’s vertical and horizontal collaborative supply chain integration to solve problems caused by current quality management system. |
