| Along with the rapid development of science and technology, the logisticsindustry has become the artery and foundation of the development of national economic.Although the Chinese government gives policy to support the development of logistics,it’s worried that if the LY logistics industry will be well integrated around the strategicplanning during this critical period. It is of great significance to make a developmentstrategy and policy for LY logistics enterprise to promote the development of thelogistics industry.In this paper, we introduced the background and significance, research status athome and abroad, the main research content of this paper firstly. Then, taking the LYlogistics for example, we expound the correlation theory scientificly and summarizedthe status quo, the questionnaire and interview analysis of this industry. Themacroscopical environment and microcosmic environment are analyzed, and theproblems are finding based on examples of five large logistics company. Through thescientific analysis, a clear development direction is made for the enterprise, and thedevelopment goals is build for LY logistics. Finally, the concrete measure andsuggestion are achieved. |
