Strategy X Bank Harbin Branch Personal Financial Business Development

Based on personal financial life cycle theory and enterprise strategy management theory, adsorbing the advanced experience of international commercial bank financial planning, the purpose of this dissertation is mainly to establish core competition and sustainable development strategy of X bank Harbin branch financial planning. The dissertation relates theory with practice. Firstly, the experience of external commercial bank financial planning, and the status quo and problem of X bank Harbin branch financial planning were reviewed. Secondly, SWOT method was adapted to analyses external and internal environment, and then opportunities and threats in external environment, strengths andweaknesses in internal environment would be found. Next, grand strategy matrix was used to find the corporate-level strategy. Additionally, business-level strategy and functional-level strategy were developed from the advanced experience of foreign countries andthe existing problems of X bank Harbin branch financial planning. Finally, the strategy implementation of X bank Harbin branch financial planning was proposed according to the key and characteristic of each strategy level.
