| Employee is the power of enterprise development. having a group of good employees who with strong initiative is very important to enterprises.Psychological capital is a positive psychological state, affecting the employee’s work attitude and work behavior.At the same time, due to internal staff in the organization will be affected by the organization and leadership factors, employees have different levels of superiors trust. Psychological capital lead to active behavior, superiors trust plays a important role in this process.In this paper, the psychological capital is the independent variable, the initiative behavior is the dependent variable, and the employee superior trust is the moderator variable.The psychological capital has four dimensions,they are self-efficacy, optimism, resilience and hope, which are studied the effect on the active behavior respectively.Then combining with supervisor trust, this paper researches the relationship between psychological capital and active behavior. The results are:in the four dimensions of psychological capital, there is significant positive correlation between the active behavior and dimensions of optimism and hope; there is no significant positive correlation between active behavior and dimensions of self-efficacy and toughness; there is significant positive correlation between the active behavior and the overall dimensions of psychological capital. Supervisor trust in the relation between psychological capital and active behavior plays a partial moderating role.This study has some enlightenment:firstly, paying attention to the investigation and training of the employee’s psychological capital. Thirdly, thinking highly of the leadership and quality enhancement, strengthen employee’s supervisor trust. |
