CK Purchasing Process Management Research

The research object of this thesis is CK company, we find specific problems by the analysis of CK’s procurement management status, then put forward corresponding solutions.CK company purchase department is responsible for the procurement, purchasing material consists of three parts, respectively for large automation system integration, instrument equipment R&D, and materials used in the production of on-line measuring instrument. CK is a fast growing hi-tech company, getting rid of small business purchasing process management mode but adapt to the faster development of the company, to successfully transit into advanced management theory model and conform to the current global development trend of purchasing with international standards.This thesis is talking about the material classification of CK, the organizational structure, purchasing process, purchasing management and purchasing management informationization of purchase department. Analysis of the advantage and disadvantage of current purchasing, strategic procurement management theory and management information system theory are used synthetically. Propose improving suggestion from the perspective of long-term development in view of the specialty of the science and technology enterprises materials procurement. Solve the existing problems in the management of purchasing process by improving the department structure, implementing the new control process, and applicable management information system, which make it ascend to the height of the modern large enterprises.This thesis is also talking about the key problems that may come cross during the process of adopting the new method according to its practical situation, however, through concept transformation, professional knowledge training and effective procurement performance evaluation system can be carried out. And with the company’s development and the changes of global economics, procurement management method still needs continuous improvement to make it much more reasonable and effective. CK company could come to the top of its industry.
