The Study On Risk Assessment And Response Research Of The Dalian Concentrated Brine Floating Tourism Project

In the21st century, people want to enjoy more individuality and diversified travel. The marine tourism with fusion healthy, happy, low-carbon and other elements proves to be the trend of fashion in the future. But when developers are in front of the huge benefit, they blindly develop the project without fully certified, leading a variety of risks and causing economic losses. Therefore, how to apply project management techniques will become a new research topic in the field of risk reduction and risk avoidance about Tourism Development Project.This paper applies risk management theory and methods to specific projects, and take the Dalian concentrated brine floating tourism project for the study.we identify and assess the project risk and give the response measures. This paper reads as follows:First, the background and significance of this paper are introduced, the overview of domestic and overseas is analyzed and the key questions, such as the content, methods and technology roadmap of this paper, are determined. Then this paper reviews the theory of risk assessment, and elaborates the content, principles, procedures, and methods of elaboration of risk assessment. Second, this paper gives a brief introduction to the Dalian concentrated brine floating tourism project. According to the risk identification theory and project features, the Delphi and brain storming is used to identify the risks, including the economic risks, technical risks, management risks, social risks and natural risks. Then risk evaluation index system of the Dalian concentrated brine floating tourism project is built. This paper uses comprehensive analysis method and Fuzzy Synthetic Evaluation Method to evaluate the risk. According to the evaluation result, we know that we can accept the risk level which is a middle level. At last, combining with the actual situation of the project and the result of risk assessment, this paper proposes some concrete measures of the risk monitoring and response to minimize or even avoid the risk of the floating tourism projects and ensure the success of the project.
