This article mainly focuses on the research of Hitro Ltd. Dalian. The task is how to increase the competition ability and the speed of growth, with the method of induction, deduction analysis and standard example analysis, the author research the globality problem、 the chronicity problem and the fundamentality problem in the product development of Hitro, the research include the following aspects.The first part is the explanation of the problems occurred in the commercial practice of Hitro and the strategy research theory and the research methods. The author also analyzed the external and internal environment in the industry. According the fact of Hitro, the author draws up and chooses a product strategy plan for Hitro. Next, the author takes the specific implementing measures and the control measures.The conclusion is:it is vital to take new product strategy according the the external and internal environment and the real ability of Hitro. The needed functional strategies for product strategy are essential. In order to practice the strategy well, with the help of the management by objectives, the author instituted the control measures.Based on the focal point research, the author doesn’t take deep research on the functional strategy according to product strategy. In the practice, there may be something indefinite on the functional strategy and have to be completed.
