The Research On Risk Management And Prevention During Export Settlement Of HS Company

After the World Economic Crisis in2009,many famous firms have closed down, at the same time the payments for goods of China’s trading companies can not got back on the due date, in this way many trading companies paid more attention to the international settlement strictly, so learning the knowledge of international settlement, analyzing the risks during export settlement of their own companies, in order to find the prevention for different settlement methods and ways is the problem which China’s trading companies should solve very urgently, it has very important practical signification.This article can be divided into four chapters. The first chapter is Introduction.it introduce the background and signification of this article, analyzing the studying situation domestic and abroad. The second introduce the current business performance, the payment terms of exporting, the using premise of different payment terms and the current management methods for exporting of HS Company, also facing directly the risks in exporting settlement in HS Company. The third chapter analyses the reasons inside and outside HS Company which occurs during exporting settlement in this company. The forth chapter is based on the third chapter, it raised three main methods how to prevent the risks during export settlement actively:Firstly, strengthening the risks managements inside. Secondly, put forwarding different risks prevention methods for different payment terms. Thirdly, suggesting to apply Sinosure’s exporting credit for all the exporting businesses, with these prevention methods, we can control the risks during export settlement step in HS Company.
