The study found that the the CTX stayon the way forward in the internationalization strategy in simple strategic alliance, which is notconducive to improve international competitiveness. The analysis showed that the companyshould use their own resources to take advantage of opportunities for further development tomultinational corporations in the form operating level strategy and corporate-level strategy tomake adjustments accordingly, the specific requirements of the various functions of the supportsystems in the process of implementation of the strategy, to ensure that the strategic objectivesachieve. Finally, in the development process of the internationalization of the firm for theforeseeable various risks, including the risk of international political economy and trade,competitive risk, operational risk and other proposed countermeasures of scientificmanagement.In this paper, the research on the the CTX company development strategy and risk control,from the theory with a practical point of seeking CTX company’s development strategy and riskcontrol methods, in order to enhance the company’s international competitiveness and to achieve the purpose of improving the economic efficiency of enterprises.
