With the rapid development of the Internet, more and more people are using search engines, it created a new business model-search advertising, it has become the fastest-growing online advertising models in recent years. The rapid growth of search advertising market promote the healthy development of the search advertising market on the one hand, on the other hand, it bring fierce competition in major search engines.As one of Microsoft’s Bing search advertising agencies, Bisou company in the early stages of market development, same as agents in others industry, has been blind expansion, and can’t focused on target customer markets, also cause chaos phase of the misallocation of resources. After period of baptism in the market, Bisou have clearly learnt that the profit for company conforms to2/8rule,80%profit comes from top20customers, marketing and management to the key clients contribute significant effect for the company’s survival and development. This paper will mainly focused to Bisou, analyze and research marketing strategy of the company from the point of key customers marketing.The paper firstly explains the keyclients’relationship management and marketing-related theories, also explained the background and research methods. Then the paper analyses the macro environment and industry environment to Bisou by using SWOT. After that, it draws preliminary conclusions on how companies should seize competitive advantage and market opportunities. Following, we combine theory and practice, carefully study how the company select, develop and manage the key customers’marketing strategy. Finally, we came to the conclusion that the key clients marketing strategy from Bisou is practical also necessary.
