Agricultural Bank LH Subbranch's corporate banking products have various and rich characters.The ways of fixing prices are various.One method is to dig the clients deeply on line,another way is for the Sales Account Manager to do it off line.As for the sales promotion we usually adopt the ways of Topic Marketing,Relation Marketing and Price Marketing.The market share of LH Subbranch bank is ranked No.1 at the local area among the four main banks,but there lie many marketing defects.My paper aims at serving LH economic development and solving marketing trouble which is facing now and making LH subbranch bank continue its competition advantages.My paper adopts Literature Research Method,Case Analysis Method,and Field Investigation Method.Taking the corporate banking marketing as research point,on the base of the marketing environment and the power limit in LH subbranch bank,based on literature review and marketing strategy theory,after sorting out in detail the present condition and problems that LH subbranch banks faces,I make full use of 7PS marketing mixture according to the present industry policy or the marketing environment,I have designed the targeted,specific,effective marketing strategy plan.The plan can supply reference and experiences for the business banks of the corporate banking marketing and can supply the theory reference value while marketing theory is used for the business bank operation.New problems for corporate banking marketing which LH Subbranch bank faces.Firstly,although relation marketing is the main means to the corporate banking marketing for LH Subbranch bank and effective,this means' cultivation is difficult,time-wasting,and less accurate.Secondly,plenty of unused clients who only have settlement business and a little deposit services don't have loaning operations,which much reflects the obstacle lying in cultivating old clients and meeting their needs.Thirdly,limited by LH Subbranch bank's internal division of labor,there is a clear distinction between individual service and corporate banking,which leads to Sales Account Manager not understanding the individual service,meanwhile,Account manager not understanding the corporate banking,thus causing manyclients leaving off or failure in getting new clients.Solving these problems not only benefits LH Subbranch's breaking through and economic effect,but also benefits the means which other banks will be used to refer to in solving the new marketing strategy.My paper thinks we can use big data to market accurately,government being together with banks,banks being together with community and industrial clusters,rich individual clients being together with clients of corporate banking,and I also think we should solve the problems of relation marketing and with clients' deep needs cultivated.I suggest that we should destroy the present system of internal division of labor,culture a talented person of comprehensive financial marketing.“One family one policy”,“One group one policy”,and deepen products structure and increase success rate of getting new clients.
