| Internet abuse in the workplace lead to the management crisis of enterprises and institutions,Internet deviate behavior has become a common phenomenon. At present, domestic research onthis issue mainly based on speculation approach, lacking empirical support, in addition,psychological systems analysis from the perspective of individual employees, particularly studyabout behavioral motivation by external environmental impact is relatively rare and hysteresis.This paper first introduced the concept of internet deviate behavior, the theory of plannedbehavior, behavior justification in foreign and domestic,then the author discussed employee’spsychological factors about internet deviate behavior intention on the basis of empiricalresearch methods, to build the network model and investigate the formation process ofemployee’s internet deviate behavior intention.Several results are showed below:(1)The staff’s internet deviate behavior intention isubiquitous in the organization,which is divided into social intention, interest intention andbusiness intention, it is significantly higher than interest in behavioral intention other twobehavioral intentions. Gender, age, work experience, and most other personal attributes ofdeviate behavior intention was not significantly different, the higher educated employees aremore inclined to conduct social behavior and interests.(2)The theory of planned behavior canpredicting the internet deviate behavior intention.Attitude exert an most influence, followed bysubjective norms, perceived behavioral control with minimal impact.(3)Behavior Justificationhas a direct impact on the internet deviate behavior intention,and it plays a significantregulatory role in the influence of subjective norms and internet deviate overall behavior.Behavior Justification plays a significant regulatory role respectively in the influence ofperceived behavioral control and interest behavioral intention.(4)The three variables of theoryof planned behavior and behavior justification together explain68.4%of the internet deviatebehavior intention, it suggests that they have a high predictive effect.(5)For the interestbehavior and social behavior intention, attitude is the most significant factor, followed bysubjective norms, and the third is behavior justification, finally, perceived behavioral control;for business behavior intention,behavior justification plays a more important the role thansubjective norms.According to the conclusions of this paper, leaders can strengthen theorganizational culture, make work more interesting, and improve network usage to manageemployee’s internet deviate behavior. |
