Abstract:Tobacco industrial companies become bigger and stronger through mergers and acquisitions, it is the important trend of world tobacco, China tobacco industrial enterprises has carried out large-scale and high-level mergers and acquisitions in recent years, it is the strategic choice to adapt to the development trend of world tobacco. Human resources integration after the merger, however, is a big difficulty, especially the fusion and design of performance management system is the key. In order to explore effective design method of performance management system after tobacco industrial enterprise merger, this paper studied China Tobacco HN Industrial Co., Ltd. as a case.In the increasing and fierce market competition of tobacco industrial enterprise, China Tobacco HN Industrial Co., Ltd. has become top three backbone enterprises of China tobacco industry, there are many problems in performance management after mergers Changsha and Changde cigarette factories. Based on consulting and learning contemporary performance management theory and methods, adopting the method of interview, investigation and expert consultation, this paper systematically analyzed the problems of performance management system, and designed new performance management system from the performance planning, performance implementing and coaching, performance evaluation, performance result applied and performance improvement. In order to ensure the new performance management system to be implemented smoothly, the author also advise some implementation rules and the problems which should be paid attention to. There are four figures, sixteen forms and fifty-nine references.
