Under The "middle Income Trap" Background Upgrading Of Enterprises In Liaoning Province

In2007, World Bank proposed the concept of the "middle-incometrap" in the "East Asian Economic Development Report (2006)". It says that, when acountry’s GDP per capital exceeded middle-income, it can’t be successfully achievedsustainable economic development or the adjustment and upgrading of enterprises,rich-poor divide serious, multiple social conflicts, long-term economic hovering orstagnation, all these will been difficult for the country to cross the state of themiddle-income. In this paper we analyst and discuss the factors that affect theupgrading and restructuring enterprises in Liaoning Province from the perspective ofInnovation and R&D capabilities, hope that we could find a better way to smoothlygo over the "middle-income trap". And provide some theoretical basis.This article reviews the research for "middle-income trap" and the theory ofenterprise upgrading, descripts the relationship between the upgrading of enterprisesand the way to escape the "middle-income trap". From the perspective of Innovationand R&D capabilities, along the trail:sustained economic growth-corporaterestructuring and upgrading-across the trap, summed up the transformation andupgrading of the challenges faced by enterprises in the context of the "middle-incometrap" Liaoning Province; Liaoning Province,2000-empirical studies of the economicdevelopments in2011, to build a theoretical model, and data analysis by SPSS,innovative R&D capabilities and the Gini coefficient, the consumer index, per capitaGDP, export value to GDP, the output value of state-owned enterprises to GDP factorsintrinsically linked. Finally, summary the full text and put forward policyrecommendations for the Liaoning Province corporate restructuring and upgrading.Through the above study, concluded as follows: an old industrial base, LiaoningProvince, enterprise restructuring and upgrading of a very urgent task.
