The Study Of Communication Management Problems Of Project Team ST

In the modern enterprise project management,the connection between functionaldepartments and team members tends to be more closely linked.Their communication isthroughout the lifetime of the project.However,the communication project managementproblems have become more and more prominent.And how to solve and optimize suchkind problems are very important in the enterprise project management.This thesis focuses on the study of communication management problems ofproject team ST in company A. We analyze the organization structure and productmanufacturing process of company A. And using questionnaire to find out the mainproblems existing in the communication management of project team ST.Thoughanalyzing these problems,the factors affecting the communication management ofproject team ST are found:organization structure,communication mode,manager’s ideaand behavior,etc.This study shows that,due to the differences between the knowledgelevel,understanding ability,personality characteristic and communication mode of theteam members in project ST,along with the defects of the communication mode ofenterprise internal organization structure, the project team communication is notsmooth,which resulting in the project progress is slow.This thesis uses the relevanttheory of project management,communication management and project teammanagement,etc.Aiming at the communication management problems in project teamST, we put forward the specific responsibility of project leaders,strengthen the trainingof communication management,improve the communication concept of the managersand so on.Meanwhile, we establish the exchange platform of project information andproject information database to improve the operability of the effective communication.This study is expected to have a certain significance to the communicationmanagement of the enterprise project team,creating a harmonious and efficient team forenterprises,so that it can promote the development of enterprises efficiently.
