As the continuous development in recent years, Jilin province has got rid of thedifficult situation as an old industrial base. Economic development is at a stage ofrapid development of industrialization, urbanization and agricultural modernization.Especially in2009, the State Council has approved several important policies whichhave brought new opportunities for our province. In2011, although there are manyunfavorable factors, the province’s economy still developed rapidly. It leads to oldindustry base take new steps and walk out of the new approach.In recent years, although we have made considerable progress on corporatebanking services, but the overall size, core business customer base and customermanager team quality have very big disparity compared to the industry average. Thebackward system and structural contradiction have not been solved, and there aresome problems in marketing, for instance, the marketing concept needs to be furtherchanged, the marketing ability needs to be further strengthened and marketing systemshould be further improved. In addition, the marginalization trend in the mainstreammarket and mainstream customers has not been reversed. And the market status is stillfar less those large state-owned banks. At present, our corporate banking services arestill in the critical period in which we should build foundation, save energy, andadjust structure.In the face of such new situations as the current economic structure adjustscyclically，the breadth and depth of competition in the banking industry continue toincrease, the regulatory environment becomes stricter, and the capital constraintpressure increases significantly, the development of Agricultural Bank of China Jilinbranch is full of challenge.This paper is divided into four parts:The first part is mainly on the analysis of economic and financial environment of Jilin province as well as its development planning.The second part is mainly to analysis the current situation of Jilin branch ofAgricultural Bank of China.The third part utilize the SWOT to analysis the advantage, disadvantage,strengthens and weakness of corporate banking services of Jilin branch ofAgricultural Bank of China.In the fourth part we build the System to ensure we can seize the key targetmarkets and to promote the comprehensive development of corporate bankingservices.
