Research On The Relationship Between Rural Financial Development And Economic Growth In Sichuan Province

Sichuan province, a big agricultural province, with more than sixty million rural residents, has a significant place in the development of western region. In the Sichuan rural economy,finance and economy play an important role,but Sichuan rural financial market is not fully competitive, and the lack of effective supply and inefficient, financial services are unable to meet the practical needs of economic development in rural areas. Therefore,the study on the relationship between them is very necessary, which is not only for us to provide a reference value to the growth of rural economy in Sichuan, but also in the entire western.Thearticle introduces the present situation of Sichuan province’ruralfinance and economy,then probes the relationship between them. The conclusion is that, in the rural areas of Sichuan, growth of finance does not help economy develop, but in the long term, they cointegrated.Financial repression exists for rural financial phenomenon, we should vigorously develop rural finance, to promote economic growth.
