An Empirical Study On Rural Financial Development And Rural Economic Growth In Hunan

Since the policy of reform and opening, people’s living standards has been greatly improved, material culture has been great to meet and national economy has been sustained and rapid economic development. However, the harsh reality about a growing gap between urban and rural development and un-resolved"three rural"issue has set before us. China is a large agricultural country, and at this stage, the basic national condition is lots of the rural population and poor rural economy. This is a big problem how to speed up the development of agricultural and economy and increase farmers’ income placed in front of the government. As a large agricultural country, rapid economic development which is closed to the support from the rural economy can not do without the support which is from rural finance. A good environment for rural finance can promote rural economic development, and if it is the lack of rural financial development, it would not promote the rural economy, and it has the bad effect on development of the rural economy. Therefore, it only supports and promotes the rural economy from rural finance, rural economy can get rapid and healthy development, and "three rural" issues can be solved.Province is a major agricultural province in our country, the research object of this paper is Hunan province, and the main content is to study rural finance development and rural economic growth of Hunan province. This paper starts from the current situation of rural finance development and rural economic growth, and analyzes the relation between rural financial and rural economy. The empirical results show us that the rural finance development which is lacked restricted the rural economy growth. Finally, the article put forward some suggestions to deepen the rural financial reforms of Hunan Province. The paper is divided into six parts.The first part: Introduction. This part introduces the research background, the research significance, domestic and international research developments and trends, research thoughts and frame, research methods and innovation.The second part: The theory of finance development and economic growth, there are the theory of finance development, economic growth, rural economic growth and rural finance development.The third part: General situation of rural financial development and rural economy growth in Hunan province. This part contains the range of rural finance and rural financial organizations and types, and the range of rural economy and situation. The fourth part: It analyzes the relation between the rural finance development and the rural economy growth to get relevant data from the statistical yearbook and give an empirical analysis.
