A Study Of Financial Management For Small And Medium-sized Private Enterprises

With the increasing economic growth in our country and further development of thereform and opening-up，the small and medium-sized private enterprises have played anincreasingly important role in China’s economic system. Small and medium-sized privateenterprises are not only an important part in the economy，but also a necessary part forresolving the problem of employment and an energetic part which drive the scientific andtechnological development. However，for various reasons，the financial management ofthose small and medium-sized private enterprises is unable to fulfill the responsibilitiescounteracting risks and most of the business doesn`t run well.By reviewing the related literatures about the financial management of small andmedium-sized private enterprises，the thesis sets it’s research method and technical route.Then gave a description of the small and medium-sized private enterprises’inherentcharacteristics and made a summary of their role in our economy. By analyzing, the thesisgot a conclusion: the financing ability of those small and medium-sized private enterprisesare week, and the ways of financing are single; they don’t have a systematic internalcontrol system and the quality of finance person is not so high；The thesis analyzed aboveproblems from two aspects: internal factor and external factor.Finally, the thesis proposed several methods: such as building up a scientific systemfor the business management，enhence the management of financing and investment，setting up a risk control mechanism and improving whole quality of financial staff etc.Optimizing the financial management of small and medium-sized private enterprises cannot only improve their business development but also contribute to the steady developmentof the national economy.
