At present, there are more than8million small and medium sized enterprises inchina,occupy99%of the total number of enterprises in china, small and medium sizedenterprises are playing important roles in alleviating the employment pressure and promotingthe technological innovation, occupying the important position in our national economy,play aenormous role in supporting economic development, but the scale of small and medium sizedenterprise is relatively small, in the weak tendency position in the market competition, in theface of keen competition, Small and medium sized enterprises facing the important problem ishow to keep the enterprise vitalityThis paper deals with the following two major problems:1. Which of the factors have influence on enterprise vitality, and how?2. As to every factor, through factor analysis, which factor can divide and how thesefactors influence on enterprise vitality?Based on former researches, financial affairs、entrepreneur、human resource、organizemanage product and service、technology innovation、enterprise culture brought in, withsolving the above two prime problems as its goal, this paper puts forward research model withrelevant hypotheses, and carries out surveys and investigations on more than300small andmedium sized enterprises in several provinces and cities all over the country. On thefoundation of data processing with scientific statistical methods, this paper tests thehypotheses and then draws out some meaningful conclusions, which approve or disapprovethe results of former researches. Concerning the conclusions that are not verified by thisresearch, this paper offers reasonable explanations with small and medium sized enterprises asits research objects and under the specific research environment.
