Incivility behavior as a kind of behavior wi th vague hurt, low intensity ofdeviation and violating the norm of mutual respect in organization is not rare inworkplace. Because of its soft variation, managers think not worth attention, it hasbeen permeated in various industies in recently years. However the negative influenceabout workplace incivility was more serious than expected. Existing studies mainlyfocus on corporate performance, organizational culture, etc, less studies aboutworkplace incivility to turnover intention.Based on Chinese cultural background, thispaper empirically analyzes the impact of workplace incivility on turnover intention,and makes the corresponding management recommendatio ns, which are important ofharmonious labor relations in China.The paper firstly sorted out relevant documents and theories of workplaceincivility and employee turnover intention, in order to laid the foundation for thefurther research. Secondly,the author have analyzed the influence mechanism ofworkplace satisfaction to employee turnover intention, meanwhile, the author haveconstructed the theoretical model and put forward research hypothesis. Thirdly, theauthor have compiled the questionnaire, and obtained the formal questionnaire throughamend it by preliminary test. On the theoretical basis,the author empirical studyworkplace incivility influence on employee turnover intention, adopting the approachof questionnaire and statistic analysis. The paper tested scale and verify the researchhypothesis, through validity and reliability analysis,variance analysis,correlationanalysis,regression analysis.The paper results as follows:Different factors, individual and corporate, havedifferent influence on workplace incivility, employee turnover intention and workplacesatisfaction. Workplace incivility that consist of privacy invasion, hostility treatmentand power abuse has a significant and positive impact on employee turnover intention,and has a negative influence on workplace satisfaction. Workplace satisfaction has asignificant and reverse impact on employee turnover intention, and has a mediatingeffect on privacy invasion, hostility treatment, power abuse and employee turnoverintention.The paper finally puts forward some suggestions at the aspect of reducing theworkplace incivility and employee turnover intention, in order to help and support theorganization work of department of human resource management.
