Since reform and opening up, the development of private enterprises has droventhe market-oriented economy in China in a great extent.The private enterprises inChina not only adopt the form of home-ownership but also take the system offamilial management inertly. At present,90percent of the private enterprises inchina are family business, most of which take the system of family. More and morescholars applythemselves to the research of family business,who have found researchfield on family business.The entrepreneur is one of the key factors of the economic growth. Thespeciality of entrepreneur takes an important part in the development of familybusiness. There are many researches on the properties, intension and function ofentrepreneur, but less on demonstration analyses. As shown by existing literatures,network relationship not only is a great benefit for family business to reduce risksand uncertainties, constraint opportunism behaviors and lower transaction costs, butalso is a valuable resources and ability mechanisms. Meanwhile it has access for itsmembers to more likely attain all kinds of heterogeneity resources, such as financeresources, human resources, management skills, information and knowledgeresources etc, which are helpful to business growth.On the topic of"specialty of entrepreneur-network structure-family businessgrowth", this study makes Factor Analysis about the growth of family business usingthe Chongqing City family business survey data. This study divides the specialty ofentrepreneurs into age, educational background and work experience, the networkrelationship into five dimensionality and adopts EFA, PCA,Varimax and OLS byusing SPSS17.0. The main conclusions include as follows: Firstly, the age ofentrepreneur has positive influences on network’s scope Ⅰ; work experience ofentrepreneur has negative influences on network’s scope Ⅰ and positive influenceson family business growth; Secondly, network’s centrality, scopeⅠandpersistenceⅠhave positive influences on family business growth; the network’sopening degreeⅠhas negative influences on family business growth; Lastly, networkstructure hasn’t intermediary functions between specialty of entrepreneur and familybusiness growth. Finally, this study submits several meaningful suggests in theoryand practice.
