Investigation And Analysis Of Technological Innovation On Small And Medium Sized Enterprise Of Suining

With the advance of reform and opening up, China’s economy has made remarkable achievements. Especially after joining the WTO, we were faced with more opportunities, but challenges also existed side by side. How to obtain a competitive advantage in an invincible position and allow enterprises to have a sustainable development with competition gradually intensified now between countries is a topic worth exploring. Comrade Deng Xiaoping once said,"Science and technology are primary productive forces" Throughout the history of several scientific and technological revolution, there were not a revolution which didn’t greatly improve people’s quality of life. So striving to improve the ability of technological innovation, and improve the production levels of products is an inevitable choice for enterprises to survive and develop sustainability. From the perspective of technological innovation, this article aims to probe into a road which adapts to the development of SMEs in Suining area and helps promote industrial transformation according to studying the status quo of China’s SMEs.Chapter1discusses the significance of the topic, purposes of the topic and methods of studying the topic, while it points out that the technological innovation has positive effects on the development of enterprises from the background of the topic. The innovation is the result of the study which is to analyze the status quo of the SMEs’development in Suining area and use qualitative pattern to propose recommendations.The second chapter reviews the meaning of innovation and the classification of innovation. Then it comes to the definition of technological innovation. At last it quotes the predecessor to the analysis of technology innovation on the development of enterprise performance.The third chapter basically introduces the definition of small businesses and the present situation of the development of small and medium-sized enterprises. Then it describes developing environment of the small and medium-sized enterprises as well as our country’s small and medium-sized enterprises’ characteristics and existing problemsChapter four analyses some achievements and existing problems of technology innovation in Suining, and mainly from the six aspects of small and medium enterprises autonomous innovation service system. It is obviously effective which Suining’s measures in space carrier, technical source, government support according to the qualitative analyses. And it made great contribution to set up and optimize the innovation service system of small and medium enterprises. However, due to the restriction of geographic position,enterprise scales,technological sophistication, financial strength, there are many problems in perfecting the innovation talents, innovation network, intermediary organizations in Suining.Chapter five and chapter six put forward the suggestions and summary. The fifth chapter from constructing the independent innovation service system of the six elements, and combining the actual situation of SuiNing, this paper puts forward the following Suggestions:first, constructing the space vector, expanding in scale; Second, strengthen the internal technical source construction; Third, improve the functions of the government; Fourth, to speed up the construction of innovation network; Fifth, support intermediaries, constructing the small and medium-sized enterprise innovation platform.
