Cultivation And Research About Intelligent Evaluation Of The Equipment Manufacturing Enterprise’s Core Capability

Equipment manufacturing industry for the development of national economy andnational defense construction to provide technology and equipment of basic industries,is the important guarantee of industry industrial upgrading, technology progress, and isthe concentrated reflection of national comprehensive strength and technologylevel.Chinese equipment manufacturing industryafter more than half a century of hard work,especially the recent20years of reform and opening up and modernization construction,makes China become the attention of the world’s manufacturing power. Since enteringthe new century, the development of Chinese equipment manufacturing industry entersthe best period of the history. The transition of the economic growth pattern producedresults,presenting a sustained, rapid and comprehensive growth momentum.Theapportionment of economic index is great in our industrial system,and equipmentmanufacturing industry has important significance for enhancing national corecompetence.At present,in the equipment manufacturing market with keen competition,equipment manufacturing industrys also are facing opportunities and challenges.Gettingpermanent competitive advantages,it is the urgent requirement for equipmentmanufacturing industry.Based on the background of enhancing the Equipment manufacturing industrys’core capability,this paper applies the Balance seore card theory to evaluate the equipmentmanufacturing industry Core Capability,establishes the equipment manufacturing industrycore capability evaluation index system that is based on industry background,andestablishes Balance seore card evaluation model of ACO-SVM,which is applied toevaluate equipment manufacturing industry core capability.According to the evaluationresults,putting forward some advice that enhances the equipment manufacturingindustry core capability.Firstly, according to the Balance seore card theory and the characteristics ofEquipment manufacturing industry to analyze the forming process of core capability.Secondly,combining the theory of Balance seore card，analyze the elements of core cap-ability for Equipment manufacturing industrys from Balance seore card perspective,andestablish the core competence’s evaluation index system.Then,using the supportingvector machine analysis approach to judge the relevancy between each index and core capability evaluation results,extract the major influence factors of core capability as theinput index of SVM model.Finally,through the support vector machine regressiontheory,construct the intelligent evaluation model of core capability for Equipmentmanufacturing industrys,and use the model that has been established to do theevaluation for enterprises’ core capability.
