| Cooperatives is a national farmers most basic, the most common form of organization, farmers’professional cooperatives in today’s world is the main body of cooperatives. China’s farmers’professional cooperatives emerged in the1980s, In recent years the practice has proved that the cooperatives in guiding famers to enter the market, enhance the competitiveness of agricultural products has played a positive role. At the same time, hidden behind the rapid development of cooperatives, a series of problems to be solved, such as cooperatives are too small, the quality is not high, but the biggest problem is that the development is not standard, this is not standard development mainly for:Loose cooperative management mechanisms, the production of low level of service, there are a number of counterfeit or flop cooperatives and some empty license or dormant cooperatives, etc. At present, the concept of cooperatives has been widely accepted, co-operatives model has been recognized by the majority of farmers, cooperatives has been considerable foundation for the development, specification development conditions have become increasingly mature, the face of co-operatives do not regulate the various problems brought about by the development and pitfalls, the specification has become an important task of the farmers’professional cooperatives work even is a priority, regulate the development of cooperatives to fight government policy support and financial support for an important prerequisite, it is an important guarantee for cooperatives sustained and healthy development. Therefore, the study of cooperatives standardized development status quo, to explore the factors affecting the development of cooperatives, standardized, has important theoretical and practical significance.In this paper, a field survey of165cooperatives in Sichuan Province, combined with the existing literature and theory to build the index system of the impact the development of cooperatives, standardized, and then construct the structural equation model of the development of cooperatives, standardized impact factors and characteristics of study members, leaders of the characteristics of the Cooperative Identity impact of government action of these four factors on the development of cooperatives, standardized, explore the main factors that influence the development of cooperatives, standardized, and proposed targeted recommendations from different angles, in order to further the theory and practice to promote the standardization of development of the province farmers’professional cooperatives.Through empirical research the paper concludes as follows:(1) Member characteristics and Cooperatives standardized development of a close relationship has a direct and significant positive influence on the development of cooperatives.(2) Leader characteristics is positively correlated with the development of cooperatives, standardized, and significant effects.(3) The cooperative characteristics and standardized development of cooperatives was positively correlated with a significant impact on the5%level of confidence, and the greatest impact.(4) Government action and standardized development of cooperatives was positively correlated with significant impact on the5%confidence level and a great influence.For the above conclusions, the promotion of cooperatives, standardized development from the perspective of cooperatives, government, leaders and members made the following recommendations:cooperatives to improve their standardized development personnel, capital, technology, experience and learn from four aspects; government and relevant departments should attach great importance to, and actively promote the standardization of development of cooperatives, reasonable supervision; the leaders of the cooperatives should be strengthened business training, times, and improve their own quality; cooperative members should strengthen their understanding of cooperatives, with the cooperative action to improve their ability. |
