| Current rural farming labor is ageing, and labor shortages emerged, crop production costs rise year by year, the speed of advancement in agricultural mechanization slow, the key to solve these problems is to innovate the rural management system, which is the focal point of the central file no.l of2013. Agricultural outsourcing is a rationalization mechanism under the background of smallholder farming, can promote land scale operation, solve the imbalance in the structure of agricultural family management and left-behind rural labor force, promoting the development of modern agriculture and not change the basic rural operation system in our country.This study aims to explore the influence factors of farmer’s agricultural outsourcing service demand in ancient towns, to provide countermeasures and suggestions for the region agricultural outsourcing services development. To achieve this goal, this article chooses planting industry as an example, to define the concept of agricultural outsourcing and to analyze farmers’agricultural structure from the perspective of farmer; Using the theory of division of labor to analyze demand types of farmers’agricultural outsourcing service, In particular, there are machine-cultivated, seed, plant protection, harvest and agricultural outsourcing service aggregate demand; Using the theory of transaction cost to analyze the demand degree of farmers’agricultural outsourcing service. After sorting out farmers’agricultural outsourcing service demand, this paper explores the factors influencing farmers’agricultural outsourcing demand combining the theory of farmer behavior. At last, based on peasant household survey data in the Shanyin ancient town in August2012, using the multiple linear regression model to analyze what the impact demographic characteristics of farmers and the basic characteristics of farmers on farmers’ agricultural outsourcing service demand, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions according to the results. The main conclusions of this paper are:(1) Considering machinery investment in four types of agricultural outsourcing service and the alternative of labor, and the sorting of demand degree of four types agricultural outsourcing service is:machine-cultivated service needs most, followed by seeding service, then is the plant protection service, the last is harvest service.(2)Through statistical farmers’agricultural outsourcing service, agricultural machinery outsourcing quality is the main factors restricting farmers’agricultural outsourcing service needs, farm household cultivated land area and outsourcing service price for agricultural outsourcing have a certain influence.(3) the use of multiple linear regression model to analyze the farmers household demographic characteristics and basic characteristics of peasant household agricultural outsourcing service demand, the empirical results show that arable land to farmers agricultural outsourcing services each family needs a significant positive influence; Head of the household’s age has significant positive effect on aggregate demand and the demand for plant protection service has a significant negative impact; Householders of fixed number of year of the education of machine-cultivated have significant positive influence on service requirements and has a significant negative effect on total service requirements; Agricultural production number and the total demand of the plant protection service requirements have significant positive effects; Household disposable income only no significant the influence of the demand for plant protection service, has a significant negative effect on machine-cultivated service, the other two service positive effect significantly; Farming income than seeding service and total service requirements have a significant positive impact.This paper gets following policy enlightenment according to above research conclusions.(1) Vigorously develop Agricultural Outsourcing, promote its substitution for self-operation;(2) improve agricultural outsourcing’s level of specialization and scale, lower the price of agricultural outsourcing;(3) bring innovation of the agricultural outsourcing organizational form, supporting the development of new-type subjects as cooperatives, agribusiness etc.There are two innovation points in this paper:(1) The innovation of research content. Selected agricultural outsourcing mode as the research basis of this study from a variety of management mode in the rural areas, explored the influence factors of how farmers choose the pattern;(2) The innovation of research perspectives. This paper takes crop production for example and based on the perspective of farmers, Define the concept of agricultural outsourcing according to the agricultural outsourcing components, and emphasized outsourcing of agriculture should have process of payment. The existing research explored outsourcing structure, which based on the theory of core competitive, This paper choose the degree of independence and autonomy of farmers’ agricultural production as the standard to differentiate the structure of Farmers farming, according to the concept of agricultural outsourcing and the way to differentiate the core competitive, and build farmers agricultural outsourcing structure. |
