Rural land consolidation, deep mining production potential of land, is the key to achieve sound and rapid development of the country.Rural land arrangement can effectively increase the area of arable land, improve land quality, improve production and living conditions in rural areas, but the land consolidation by natural, economic, social conditions, different project area land consolidation results are not the same, the need for efficiency of land consolidation project, analysis of the causes of difference, and puts forward the corresponding suggestions, provide a good reference for land consolidation in future.Based on the literature research method, comparative research method, empirical research method to estimate Lushan County Yin Xiang and Feixianguan benefits of rural land arrangement project area and town, get the relative differences, and for reasons of difference analysis, puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions on it.This paper is divided into six chapters. The first chapter introduces the research background and significance, research status at home and abroad, as well as the research object, research content and research methods; the second chapter mainly expounds the related concepts of rural land consolidation definition and related theory basis; construction of the third chapter of rural land consolidation benefit evaluation model, including economic, social, ecological benefit estimate model; the fourth chapter is the empirical study. In Lushan County of the two project areas of land consolidation benefits are measured; the fifth chapter for the measurement, comparison and analysis of two project area of land consolidation benefits relative difference, and analysis of its causes; the sixth chapter is conclusions and recommendations.Through this research, obtained the following results and conclusions:1, the land consolidation comprehensive benefit analysis, the land consolidation benefit is divided into economic benefits, ecological benefits, social benefits.2, the per capita arable land area, unit investment increased employment, reduce poverty incidence percentage, road density increase rate, reduce the amount of arable land area and the reduction rate as the social benefit index; green vegetation coverage rate increased percentage, protection forest density increased, the soil and water loss control rate, irrigation guarantee rate increase, low yield farmland transformation rate as the eco-efficiency indicators; to increase cultivated area per unit volume and the increase rate of investment, added cultivated land quantity, productivity effect, unit area grain yield increase rate and the increase rate, annual per capita net income increase, and the increase rate of land utilization percentage as the economic benefit index.3, on two projects in Lushan County, the index system of the benefit estimates, the economic, social, ecological benefits of each project, and comparative analysis of the reasons for the differences, and some suggestions were put forward to improve the overall efficiency of.
