Research On Poverty Alleviation In Rural Areas Yixing

For a long time, poverty, population and pollution problems are worldwide problems. China is a large agricultural nation, which has a great agricultural population, and the poverty problem is serious. Support poverty is the need to guarantee the basic human rights. It is benefit to consolidate the rural regime and maintain social stability. In order to speed up the development of the poor areas, ensure the poor’s basic life needs, our government adopted a series of important measures to alleviate poverty in the mid1980s. Since reform and opening-up, poverty alleviation has made significant achievements in our country, but there are still some problems affected the support poverty effect. Research rural support poverty of Yixing city and explores the suitable local poverty policy can help to reduce poverty level, to speed up the pace of poverty, eliminate poverty and to promote regional sustainable economic and social development, to build a new socialist countryside, to maintain social stability and political order. At the same time, it will provide reference experience of support poverty for other developed areas.Based on the poverty theory, Anti-poverty theory, sustainable development theory, this paper studied the current rural support poverty situation of Yixing, analyzed support poverty policy and mechanism, and researched the problems of rural support poverty and the reasons which were caused the problems. At last, this paper put forward the train of thought and countermeasures for improving support poverty in Yixing, which was based on the other countries in rural support poverty through experiences and lessons.Through the above analysis, this paper concludes that the following conclusion:(1) The support poverty have obtained certain results. The economic strength of weak economy village has increased. Its road traffic, farmland water conservancy facility and other infrastructure, and the health environment conditions have been improved increasingly.(2) There are still some problems which are distorted goal, limitations of support poverty projects, defects of support poverty funds, imperfect training system, and non-governmental organizations and individuals lack active participation have affected support poverty effect in Yixing.(3) The reasons caused rural support poverty problems are support poverty system design has its flaws, the implementation of support poverty has deviated from the original goal and plan, the low-quality of support poverty object affected the support poverty effect.In view of the above conclusions, the paper put forward from the following several aspects to improve poverty alleviation work:to establish and perfect the system of support poverty and related system, to pay attention to the development of poor region agricultural and rural, to strengthen construction of support poverty object itself, to strengthen management of support poverty funds, to mobilize actively all kinds of organizations and individuals to actively participate in support poverty and perfect countryside social security system.
