Study On Leisure Agriculture Development In Nanjing

Leisure agriculture in recent years, along with the improvement of people’s living standard, is a leisure entertainment rises in the city suburbs and rural areas of agricultural management mode. With the rapid development of modern tourism industry, better ecological environment and characteristics of agricultural resources in rural areas have become the focus of modern tourism market attention. The Nanjing region has rich agricultural resources, Nanjing city residents have a strong sense of leisure, provided adequate passenger source market for the development of leisure agriculture in Nanjing city. However, leisure agriculture in Nanjing city in the development process there are some deficiencies, this paper mainly through the analysis of the present situation of leisure agriculture development in Nanjing City, combined with the characteristics of leisure agriculture in Nanjing City, the development of Nanjing leisure agriculture, put forward corresponding countermeasures on the existing problems of leisure agriculture in Nanjing City, the relevant recommendations how to promote the development of leisure agriculture in Nanjing city is put forward.In this paper, problems related to the development of leisure agriculture in Nanjing city are using the related theories of leisure agriculture development study. According to this study, leisure agriculture in Nanjing city have the following main problems in the development process:the market structure is unreasonable, the lack of overall planning; leisure and sightseeing agriculture projects to repeat the phenomenon is serious, lack of culture; leisure agriculture project on a smaller scale, industrial system is not complete; lack of infrastructure, lack of standardized management; the lack of brand awareness smaller, propaganda.Aiming at these problems, countermeasures and suggestions are proposed in this paper is:scientific and rational layout planning,; based on local resources, highlighting the characteristics of development; expand the financing channels, improve the investment environment; take the market as the guidance, the shaping of leisure agricultural brand; strengthen marketing efforts, improve agricultural leisure awareness.
