After the deepening of the reform of the financial system, the insurance companies inChina has been rapidly developed, and then, after years of development in the domesticinsurance market, business entities have been increasing, and the competition in the insurancemarket has become increasingly fierce, at the same time, the trend of homogenization ofinsurance products is growing. Competition in the insurance market by product and price hasturned to the competition in the service and quality of service. As well, customers are nolonger just use the value of the product itself, but they have an increasingly high demand forquality of service.Based on the research literature on service and quality of service at home and abroad, thisarticle builds a theoretical framework and its mode of service quality management system forinsurance companies A by studying the quality of insurance services connotation, and assessesthe quality of its services, finding its problems, trying to explore countermeasures to optimizethe quality of service of a insurance company, furthermore, putting forward further fourincrease customer satisfaction, improve service quality, four strategiesto enhance the overall Ainsurance company quality of service,by improving customer satisfaction, improving theservice quality, service process improvement and reengineering, and insurance businessinformatization resources.
