With the development of the global economy integration, the competition in theinternational markets is more and more intense. Every county is seeking for the new methodof the economy growth and the new competition advantage. At the same time, theE-commerce which includes the information technology, network technology and computertechnology appears. In recent years, the Chinese exports growth is gradually slowing, but thecross-border E-commerce shows a strong development momentum, every county is starting toattach importance to the E-commerce of the international trade. The international trade inHebei province is relatively weak, it should seize the opportunity of technological change tostimulate the development of the international trade and the promotion of the economicstrength. Many aspects of Zhejiang province can be learned because it is one of the provinceswhose developments of the international trade in China are the best. So drawing theexperience of Zhejiang province’ E-commerce is becoming the effective choice for promotethe competition of Hebei economy.The core issues of this article is how to draw the experience of Zhejiang province’E-commerce to create the international trade E-commerce of Hebei. It introduces the impactof electronic commerce on international trade in five aspects including operating mechanism,methods, marketing, macroeconomic management and policy of the international trade. And itanalyzes the gap on the international trade E-commerce between Hebei and Zhejiangprovinces and points the problems in operating mechanism, methods, macroeconomicmanagement, policy and talent attraction of Hebei province E-commerce. At last, it proposesthe policies and suggestions of drawing the experience of Zhejiang province’E-commerce.
