In recent years, the Chinese exports growth is gradually slowing, but thecross-border E-commerce shows a strong development momentum, every county is starting toattach importance to the E-commerce of the international trade. The international trade inHebei province is relatively weak, it should seize the opportunity of technological change tostimulate the development of the international trade and the promotion of the economicstrength. Many aspects of Zhejiang province can be learned because it is one of the provinceswhose developments of the international trade in China are the best.
