Since2009, China micro car sales in the car to the countryside, the automobile industryrestructuring and revitalization of the planning, energy-saving products benefit the people’slivelihood engineering and other favorable policies under the pull, sales hit a record China,automobile production, sales volume beyond America ranked first in the world. At the sametime, in the face of the air pollution situation and the city congestion problem is increasinglyserious, the state and local government introduced a series of regulatory policy, these policiesinclude encouraging energy-saving and new energy vehicle development, out of the standardyellow cars, a car three packs of the new regulations, the new regulations of compulsorymotor vehicle scrapping, urban roads, big city limit line of motor vehicle limit amount andgrowth rate, these policies affect car sales to a certain extent. In the face of the complexexternal environment, how to make the enterprise stand firm, to win the market, achievedevelopment is a serious problem facing automobile sales and service enterprise, makeenterprise’s development strategy of great research significance.In this paper, Jiang Hui automobile trade company as the research object, studied thecompany’s external environment, find out the existing opportunities and threats; a detailedanalysis of the value chain of auto trading company sales and service team, customerrelationship management and company, determine the company’s strengths and weaknesses,and then uses SWOT model to the company development strategy the selection anddetermination, finally in order to guarantee the realization of the strategic objectives of thedevelopment of the six security measures.Jiang Hui automobile trade company is a representative of the service marketingautomobile enterprise, do research on the development strategy of Jiang Hui automobile tradecompany has certain positive significance to the same type of enterprise development inchina.
