By calculating the liquidity loan demand calculation tools and internal ratingsystem, we suggested Lu Kou Airport’s credit rating of4. In order to maintain their businesscooperation, we proposed to give100000000yuan of liquidity loans, a period of1years,500000000yuan in fixed assets, loan period of10years, using the credit guarantee, thebenchmark interest rate, entrusted payment.
