Research On The Risk Management Model Of Daye A Micro-credit Co.,Ltd

Recently micro-credit companies have mushroomed in China. Their appearancesprovide different financing channels for the small and medium-sized enterprises and at thesame time they create a new platform to guide and normalize the folk lending. At present,the micro-credit companies have already become an important and useful component ofChina’s financial system. As we know, the risk management is one of the key issues tokeep sustainable and steady development for any company, especially for micro-creditcompanies, therefore it is of important significance to study the risk management patterns.In this thesis, the risk management of China’s micro-credit company has beenanalyzed from four different parts. The first part presents the research background, theliterature, the research methods, innovation points and deficiencies. Then the origin, thesituation and the development of micro-credit company in China are introduced in thesecond part. At the same time, we analyze the risks for micro-credit companies, andstudies the cases of world successful micro-credit institutions. After that, a special casestudy for Daye A micro-credit company on company structure and operation mode areanalyzed in the last part. Based on the previous analysis, we finally try to propose somesuggestions for the development of China’s micro-credit company.
