After the reform and opening up,China’ s tourism industry was on the rise andrapidly developed. As one of the important links of tourism industry chain,hotel hassprouted all over the country. Especially in recent years, hotel industrial including avarious of star and economic hotels is booming along with the rapid economic growthand the real estate industry’s drive. Since the large increase in the number of hotel is farmore than the source of growth,faced with increasingly fierce competition in themarket, hotel industrycompetition turns from price and service to a higher level,which is brandand cultural competition.Improving the core competitiveness of theenterprisethrough excellent cultural will be one of the most important method in thefuture. LY Hotel is a central enterprise group of subordinate state-owned hotel.Althoughthe business performance is good, the lack of cultural construction influences itsfurther development. This paper attempts to propose improved methods by researchinghotel enterprise culture for promoting the positive interaction between hotelmanagement and enterprise culture. At the same time,it aims to make LY Hotel as aregional influential hotel enterprise.This paper is divided into seven parts: the first chapter introduces the article’sresearch background, significance, research ideas and methods; elaborated in Chapter IIof the basic theory of the corporate culture; Chapter of the status quo of the corporateculture of heroic hotel, proposedhotel corporate culture to enhance the necessity tointroduce the process of the building of enterprise culture and content analysis of theexisting problems in the building of enterprise culture and reason; Chapter by analysisof the Seaview Garden and sea fishing fondue characteristics and culture,summedexecution, trust, innovation, cultural elements of the four successful companiesin the family, and provide reference for the heroic Hotel construction of corporateculture; Chapter proposed the heroic hotel corporate culture to enhance the overallstrategy from the four aspects of the substance, behavior, institutions and spiritual;firstthe six chapters to a the heroic hotel corporate culture construction safeguards, including: to strengthen the organization and security, strengthen the system to protectand strengthen the protection of resources, to create a learning organization, to build thecorporate culture of network and promotion of corporate culture. The last part is theconclusion, summarizes the conclusions of this study as well as the direction of futureefforts.
