With the rapid development of global technology and global integration of the implementation ofthe strategy, China’s aviation high-tech enterprise in which the operating environment has undergonetremendous changes, aviation high-tech enterprise organizations enhance core competitiveness is notonly dependent on the enterprise’s technology strength, the more important is the overall strength ofthe human resources depends on its possession.
