In the current period of economic restructuring, enterprises are facing more intense competition,higher product quality requirements and customer expectations, the realization of these goals are allrely on the play of the corporate human resources, work behavior and attitudes of employees has adirect impact on corporate objectives development, especially the corporate staff turnover behaviornot only to bring the direct cost loss can also cause adverse effects, while for the other employees ofthe enterprise’s psychological staff turnover intention has been the focus of academic research. Withthe improvement of China’s labor relations, union status, rising about union membership turnoverintention of influencing factors research has also been the attention of scholars. Exchange theory inaccordance with the organization, when members perceived status in the organization to achieve theexpected level, it will make a high commitment to the organization, the organizational commitmentlevel of turnover intention, organizational citizenship behavior impact. Join trade unions and membersof the enterprise not only to make organizational commitment as well as the trade unions made thecommitment to double organizational commitment. In this paper, starting from the two organizations,enterprises and trade unions turnover intention relationship with the staff, not only on theorganizational status perception study, discussion with union members turnover intention relationshipbetween the perception of the members of the trade union status and verify the dual commitmentwhether effect.Papers exchange theory, theory of unilateral invested equilibrium theory and the theory of rationalbehavior as the theoretical support basis and literature at home and abroad, through depth interviewsand other research methods, exploratory build a dual organization of the Chinese context commitmentto the organization leaving tendency conceptual model of perceived organizational status of themediating variables. Jiangsu Province employees of the non-state-owned enterprises as the studysample, the model is validated.The empirical results show that: the the dual organizational commitment fully mediated the roleplayed in the enterprise status perception business turnover intention; dual organizational commitmentto play the part of the intermediary role between the trade unions are perceived union turnoverintention. Conclusions can not only guide the practice of Chinese enterprises and trade unions as wellas enterprises and trade unions to reduce turnover intention, and has a certain practical significance.Finally, enterprises and trade unions to provide relevant suggestions from to enhance double thelevel of organizational commitment of employees to improve the status of employees and unionmembers perceived angle conducive to guiding corporate and union leaders from the status of amember of the perception start, reduce turnover intention, instructive reality Organization operation.
