The phenonnenon that employees turnover and shortage of labors happenfrequently in the chinese inland in rencent years,and which getting worse,tunrover isconcerned by international scholars, the tradational turnover theory have lostexplanatory power,which driving present research to borrow the person-organization fittheory as theoretical base,introducing a new concept named beliefs about work,combining culture dimensions to build a relationship model between beliefs about workand turnover intention,the culture dimension play a moderate role in this relationship,then the hypotheses is proposed. the datas collected from a enterprise center,aclassroom about MBA and Master of Engineer,some financial and estates enterprsiegroup located a business circle,some enterprise group to join a recruitment meeting inxi an,added some electric questionary adopted online answered facing whole chinainland. SPSS13software as a anylasis instrument to process the115data cases,usedescribed analysis,reliability and validity analysis and correlation analysis. then usehierarchy regression analysis to test the hypotheses and theoretical model,Resultsdemostate: beliefs about work ethical and humanism were positively associatedturnover intention,beliefs about organizational commitment was negatively associatedturnover intention,the culutre dimentions moderated beliefs about work–turnoverintention relationship. which is a new explanation about turnover phenomenon,beliefsabout work was understanded more deeply,meanwhile born a new factor named beliefsfit,which enriched the connotation of organization fit in the work embedded.Present research have some practice implication about improved turnover beheviorin the organizaion,organization can make a plan to shape lower power distance,loweruncertainty avoidance and individualism culture,as well as to insight beliefs about workin own oganization,to moderate fit between management practice and beliefs aboutmarxist, participation and organizational commitment, driving employees andorganization to go toward supplement fit,which to decrease turnover intention ofemployees,in turn to prevent turnover behavior to happen. present research exist limits,still to research deeply in the future.
