| The coal mine safety production has always been the core issue for coal enetrprises.Then eliminate unsafe behavior in coal mining should be the main focus of coal enterprises’safe-production. In this paper, the investigation and analysis of coal miner unsafe behaviorswill be presented and following the ways and measures of coal safety management weexplored.The study use theory of intrinsic safety, expectancy theory, performance managementtheory and behavioral decision theory as theoretical basis. Select coalminers from four coalmines involved in Shaanxi, Gansu, and Ningxia provinces as a study samples and takecoalminers,unsafe behavior as breakthrough point. Then,we analyzed the affecting factors ofunsafe behavior and according this analysis design a questionnaire from four aspects whichincluding people, machines, environment and management. Next, use SPSS analyzefrequency correlation and variance of collected data. The result shows the characteristics,correlation and difference of coalminers’ unsafe behavior; enable us to ifnd out the existingmanagement loopholes that may causes coal mine unsafe behavior. From the analysis ofunsafe behavior in coal mine management consciousness, illegal command, compensation isnot reasonable, vulnerability monotonous cultural life management. Based on the analysis ofthe research, six countermeasures of management unsafe behavior are given as followed:(1)establish a strict safety management system;(2) strengthen the staff training systemconstruction;(3) establish a safety culture in accord with the actual;(4) establish incentivemechanism of safety behavior;(5) improve a security environment;(6) arrange distributionmechanism of tasks and salary scientiifcally and rationally.For carrying out the empirical study of the local coalminers’ unsafe behavior, several countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to prevent those unsafe behaviors. Besides,this study will has the certain practical value on eliminating unsafe hidden danger andimproving coal enterprises’ safety management regulations. |
