Research On Innovation Of Financing Models For Local Development Of Yulin City Investment Enetrprises

As China’s efforts on Western Development Strategy have been strengthened in recentyears, how Yulin as the underdeveloped areas to better catch the ride of the westerndevelopment becomes more and more important an topic in the construction of this magicalland into a beautiful and rich modern western city. With the development of Yulin City, therole of local ifnancing platform becomes increasingly evident. Alone with investment-drivenlocal government platform, local government funds for urban infrastructure get moreabundant, which is a favorable external economic environment for local building. However,in recent years the credit asset risk is too concentrated, resulted from the rapid developmentof local ifnancing platform. The state also clean up and take control of some local ifnancingplatform, which brought a more diiffcult problem to Yulin’s construction, that is，how to openup new ifnancing channels.This study mainly focuses on how to innovate new local ifnancing model whoseobjective is to explore new ifnancing channels under the assumption that the old ifnancingchannels has been broken and expounded the success story of Yulin city’s new ifnancingchannels as a new model of city construction investment platform to adopt a market-orientedoperational approach. On one hand, the platform-class ifnancing projects will get a largenumber of high-quality resources and strong support given by the local government; on theother hand, it could increase the risk assessment, management and control by the introductionof market-based ifnancing model. The advantage from these two aspects of the platformproject makes itself an important and safe mode for the development of the city for thegovernment and has a great signiifcance for the current platform-based ifnancing as well as anew ifnancing model.The research on innovative city construction ifnancing model starts from the problemsencountered on the old model, then analyzes and studies the causes, combined with theunique characteristics of our country, so as to explore a new way of city constructioninvestment platform and ifnancing model system, which provide stable and adequateifnancial support for the construction of the beautiful and modern Yulin city.
