Internationalization is an indisputable reality for the political and economic developmentin the current society. Accompanied by the continued impact of the knowledge-basedeconomy, Chinese economy inevitably have to meet various challenges, the most directperformance of them is the competition between enterprises who as the main part of marketeconomy is fiercer than ever. The focus of market competition has changed apparently fromthe competition of materialized products, like resources and funds, into a competition of talent.It can be said that the essence of market competition now is the talent competition. Who has ahigh-quality and loyal talent first, who will be in an invincible position in fierce competition.Enterprises who want to occupy one seat in international competition need to actively find away how to use human resources effectively, play their potential fully and enhance itscompetitiveness.In recent years, with the deepening for the importance of talent and knowledge forhumanity, human rights, employee relations behind the term containing rich. Whichemployees psychological well-being index of become’s a big topic, because employeespsychological well-being index related to employees in the corporate life of whether pleasantdirect impact to staff enthusiasm and work satisfaction degree, and thus impact to theorganization vesting of staff a sense of loyalty.In the article, I first assume that affect employees ’psychological well-being index factorsinclude: the four aspects of the pay system, organizational culture, freedom of work, andcareer planning, and assuming that these four aspects of employees’ psychological well-beingindex play forward role in promoting; based on the assumption, I seize the current era ofknowledge economy employees implicit complexity, autonomy and creative features, areasonable setting up questionnaire, and the questionnaire validity, reliability and SPSS dataresults, updating and validating the assumptions used for the author.The conclusions of this study is to clarify the main factors that affect the insurance industry staff psychological well-being index. In human resource management as the theme ofthe era of knowledge economy, has important practical significance. Various corporateorganizations should strengthen the management of employee relations, enhance staffmotivation and organizational loyalty, reduce the flow of the organization staff, therebyreducing the cost of human resources and ultimately to seek a better survival and developmentof enterprises in the competition.
