Shaanxi Development Of Low-carbon Economy Under The Vision Of Ecological Theory Of Marxism

In each country the relationship between economic development and ecologicalenvironment has gone worsen, thus developing low-carbon economy is an inevitable choice,so development of low-carbon economy is becoming the consensus for countries around theworld in order to deal with climate change. In recent years, The traditional pattern ofeconomic development of Shaanxi province with high energy consumption and high carbonemissions, does not meet the pressing needs of the low carbon economy, and severely restrictsthe healthy and sustainable development of economy and environment in Shaanxi province.Marxist ecological theory has extremely abundant thoughts of low carbon economy, toprovide scientific theoretical basis for the development of low carbon economy in Shaanxiprovince. It is a great necessity to apply Marxist ecological theory to research thedevelopment of low-carbon economy in Shaanxi Province, this action has importanttheoretical and practical significance.This paper make research on related previous literature from the theoretical analysisangle, using Marxist ecological theory analyzes low carbon economy situation and existingproblems of Shaanxi province, and discussed the cause of the low carbon economydevelopment in Shaanxi province. Studies have shown that the achievements of low carboneconomy development in Shaanxi province: energy consumption per unit of GDP declinedyear by year, the adjustment of energy structure, using low carbon technologies to reducecarbon emissions, the gradual development of new energy projects. The deve lopmentquestions of low-carbon economy in Shaanxi: massive carbon emissions of energy productionand consumption, the development of new energy face difficulties, high energy consumptionin the industrial production, the low level of low carbon technology development, insufficientfunds of low carbon economy development, consciousness and the concept of low carboneconomic development lag behind. The reasons for these problems: unreasonable energystructure, new energy development facing production and market of double constraints factors, tructural contradiction is prominent, industry policy support efforts in technological progressis limited, the financing mechanism is not sound.According to the results of this paper, put forward the following countermeasures:(1)topromote the new energy development and to improve the energy structure(2)to develop lowcarbon agriculture and services(3)to strengthen research and development of low-carbontechnology, promote exchanges and cooperation of low carbon technology(4)theimplementation of multi-channel financing measures(5)to intensify policy support andenhance the ability of carbon sequestration (6)to set up the concept of low carbon economydevelopment.
