More than30years of reform and opening-up, the economic development offoreign investment in China has been booming, which has entered all areas of theeconomy. And it has become the main force of affecting the development of localeconomy. Due to the abundant labor resource in China, on the other hand, theabundant cheap labor attracts more foreign investment to build plants in China. on theother hand, foreign economic entry can not only promote the rapid development ofour economy, but also can alleviate the pressure of the employment of Labour supply.At the same time, due to the number of foreign companies in China with the rapidgrowth of the scale, labor conflicts crisis is increasingly highlighted. First five monthsof2010, foxconn employees12consecutive jumping event shocked the whole nation,and after that,21different scale strikes occurred in a foreign factory in Kunshanduring two years, in December2011, the strike of more than eight thousandemployees from LG company in Nanjing caused LG an uproar of other companies inChina. Labor disputes occurred frequently, caused the wide attention from all walksof life, many scholars have also joined discussion and research in-depth.With all kinds of labor contradictions was constantly intensified, labor andcapital conflicts occur frequently, which involved in more and more people, so it goeson, not only laborer rights and interests suffered, but also affected the normalproduction and development of enterprises, meanwhile affected the social stabilityand economic development. Due to more contradictory conflicts between the capitaland labor of foreign-invested ventures in China, it makes labor contradiction appearmore acute and prominent in foreign-invested ventures. Therefore it’s very necessaryand urgent to research the labor and capital conflicts crisis management offoreign-invested ventures in China. Properly resolving the crisis management ofconflicts between labor and capital in China, not only do we have to learn theexperience of the western developed countries, but also to combine the actualsituation of China’s national conditions, seeking innovation and breakthrough intheory. The paper analyzes the existing crisis causes of labor conflicts, and attempts toput forward suitable advice for China’s national conditions in the conflict crisismanagement.
