With the continuous improvement and development of China’s socialist market economicsystem,the performance evaluation as an important part of the human resources management,not only the needs of the needs of the market operation,change management,innovation,promote the transformation of economic development mode and enhance enterprise to createforce needs in the transmission business strategy,improve employee performance,nurture andretain the core talent. Positive performance culture fair and effective performance appraisal tools,and formulated the strategic guidance as the main line, the KPI (key performance indicators) asthe core of enterprise performance evaluation system, is the only way for every enterprise tosuccess.In recent years, with the KPI system for the development of increasingly mature, the KPIsystem also gradually absorbed the advantages of the balanced scorecard and other performancemanagement tools, has not only is the original enterprise strategic analysis tools, graduallyformed three types of indicators include efficiency, operations, organization, the enhancemententerprise’s core competitiveness, continuously improve the economic and social benefits ofenterprises has played a huge role, become the basis and core enterprise performancemanagement system.The present theory with reality,to ask questions,analyze problems,solve the problem of thebasic ideas to expand the content of the writing of the entire paper. First of all, in this paper, theperformance appraisal and key performance indicators (KPI) theoretically, expounds the concreteapplication of assessment tools; And using the method of interview and case study analysis ofexisting problems in the current DLH company, such as lack of strategy and assessment systemis not complete, no quantitative assessment index, KPI design is not reasonable, etc; On thisbasis, according to the actual demand design meet the DLH company, KPI as the core ofperformance appraisal system implementation plan, and the performance evaluation resultapplication, evaluation and improvement.
