Affected by the global integration, modern information and communicationtechnology and the market economy, Xinjiang national song and dance art is affectedto a certain extent in terms of performance form and content of the performance,Xinjiang national song and dance culture inheritance is experiencing a process ofdeconstruction, reconstruction of hitherto unknown. With the rapid development ofthe tourism industry in Xinjiang in recent years, which greatly promoted the nationalsong and dance from the folk culture into the mass consumer culture. Urumqicatering national city industry is the city of Urumqi in the past ten years graduallydeveloped, with distinctive local characteristics and ethnic characteristics, for thelocal people and foreign tourists consumer entertainment places. Various nationalbanquet hall should be from time to time, by the citizens of Urumqi city and theforeign visitors of all ages.Urumqi catering industry and national characteristics is the combination ofmusical culture of Xinjiang minority nationalities and catering culture, and modernsound, light, electric technology, the Xinjiang national song and dance art with theaid of the catering industry development and dissemination of good. This paper takesUrumqi city all kinds of national food and beverage industry the national song anddance as an example, the national song and dance music studies in the cateringindustry in the impact of regional culture and music dissemination characteristics andpropagation conditions.Through the investigation of Urumqi catering industry in the minority ethnicsong and dance performances, analysis of national song and dance withmarketization, commercialization, innovative features. The author thinks that the folkdance and catering industry combination, is a way of ethnic dance development, isalso a kind of new forms of communication. The national song and dance artobtained the popularization and publicity in the wider range. Of course, the cateringindustry in the national song and dance is also insufficient, song and dance showsimilar, the lack of good dance creation literary talent. Put forward three proposals ofethnic song and dance of the author. The fourth part summarizes the characteristics of folkdance in the catering industry, the fifth part of the catering industry in the nationalsong and dance culture for inspiration, the sixth part puts forward the problems andthinking of national song and dance in the catering industry faces, the conclusionsummarizes the whole paper.
