Globalization makes the domestic to the international market competitionintensified,Enterprises want to survive,It must adjust its own development strategy,Otherwise will face elimination。The state-owned enterprises in our country is in thecurrent fierce competition situation, the reform of state-owned enterprises is a hugechallenge.State-owned enterprises how to change, how to change, is a difficultproblem. To China’s state-owned enterprises in the national economy occupies animportant strategic position, only the health stable development, our country’s marketconditions to stabilize. State-owned enterprises in China has been the founding up tonow, has experienced four stages of change, though, to some extent, solves theproblem, but want to thoroughly solve is still a problem, this requests us to putforward constructive Suggestions in the process of study.This paper mainly to research and discusses the problems brought by thestate-owned enterprises at all stages of development, and by analyzing the existingproblems, and find out the characteristics of its strategic change. Research perspectiveof this paper is the strategic change, so the author tries to state the Angle of enterprisestrategy change, to analyze the problems existing in the state-owned enterprises instrategic, and through the each stage of the enterprise strategic change environmentstrategy analysis and case analysis, to more clearly to a change in strategy and thestrategic design by choice. Through this research can be drawn from enterprisestrategic change pattern.The author writing this article is mainly trying to from a new perspective toexamine the problems existing in the reform of state-owned enterprises, in thisperspective, we can clear to understand and be able to apply this theory to solve thestrategic problems of state-owned enterprises. Strategic issues of state-ownedenterprises is very important, because the development of an enterprise, the premiseshould go to their strategic positioning, if there is no good design strategy, theenterprise easily on the road, and more walk more far, but when the enterprise is aware of this problem, may have its change will greatly increase the costs, even to thepoint of irreparable. China has a old saying always warn us "everything is made,Don’t expect will faili".To sustainable and healthy development of state-ownedenterprises, the first task is to elaborate on strategic research and design,fundamentally to prevent the risk of enterprise of grief. Alert to the changes ofinternal and external environment of the enterprise.Don’t expect will fail in this paper, the research theory and model analysis to beable to later development of state-owned enterprises by using for reference. Thispaper draws on foreign scholars Gerry. Johnson (Gerry Johnson) with kay. He’s(Kevan Scholes) co-authored the strategic change to explore ideas to the interpretationof. Hope to be able to under the guidance of this thought, for the study of thestate-owned enterprises in our country set up a kind of thinking. And hope that on thebasis of this theory to make due contribution for our country’s state-ownedenterprises.
