This paper analyzes thedevelopment trade of cross-strait logistics industry exchanges and coorperation，narratsmarket development and market distribution of elements one by one in detail， beddingthe later development of cross-strait cooperation in the logistics for the impact ofcross-strait economic and trade effectively. Then deeply analysis the coordinated development of logistics industry on both sides of the straits.
