Strategic Management takes enterprise as research object to explore the various factors on business performance. Based on knowledge-based view, from the perspective of knowledge management, industrial organization theory, resource-based theory, core competencies, business ecosystem theory, dynamic capabilities theory.We believe that the management behavior of companies in emerging countries (such as China, India) should based on knowledge absorption, knowledge transfer, knowledge innovation in the development process to identify and discover the opportunities and threats in the environment, enhancing the existing capacity. Re-integrate and reconstruct organizational resource.It It adapt to the changing environment by applying the "creative destruction".This paper describes a realistic and theory background. From the origin of dynamic capabilities, the connotation of dynamic capabilities, the different areas of research about dynamic capabilities.Then summarized what we need further research to explore the formation of dynamic capabilities, the relationship between dynamic capabilities and performance and the use of dynamic capabilitiesWe employ the statistical theory and use the SPSS 13.0 and AMOS 7.0 software for statistical analysis, exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis, descriptive statistical analysis, variance analysis, correlation analysis, maximum likelihood estimate method of structural equation model, analysis and verification of each path. Based on a large sample of empirical research, we conclude the following results.First, We verified that the relevant theoretical literature about coordination capacity, integration capabilities enhance the performance level through the view of knowledge management,we analysis long-term performance of the enterprise with dynamic capabilities,then give the extent view and specific contents.Second, we verified the insight ability of dynamic capabilities, the integrated and reset ability of dynamic capabilities.Impact the organization's long-term performance. It is largely based on the transfer procedures of knowledge and techniques. Then the enterprise will get formation of experience and practice. The ideal knowledge structure transfer reasonable knowledge of the structure, and all of these are based on knowledge management. Third, we verified the ideal knowledge structure and available knowledge structure spiral at all levels of explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge, thus knowledge management enhance coordination and integration capabilities. The mission and value proposition have positive effect on ideal knowledge structure.Available knowledge of the structure have positive effect on the formation of dynamic ability of the formation.Ideal knowledge structure have positive effect on the formation and enhance of dynamic ability. Knowledge management processes of the formation and enhance the significant positive correlation; knowledge management processes have positive effect on the formation and enhancement of dynamic capabilities.Knowledge absorb ability have positive effect on dynamic capabilities.Knowledge innovation have positive effect on dynamic capability. Dynamic capabilities have positive effect on firm long term performance. Not only f the path coefficient, but also significant, dynamic capabilities have positive effect on i the enterprise's long-term performance.Fourth, we also verified the influencing factors of the dynamic capabilities with long-term performance in multi-level test. Insight on the environment dimension level, change and update capabilities level., technology flexible dimension. Use fuzzy hierarchy evaluation to determine the fuzzy weight vector, It helps firms use the specific capabilities including internal and external abilities. In order to adopt the changing environment and cultivate new competitive advantage.In this paper, using structural equation to analyize the result of dynamic capabilities, using AHP to measure dynamic capabilities and business performance. Studying dynamic capabilities based on knowledge integration,expect to enhance strategic management theory.
