With the rapid growth of the economy, people come to realize that the sustainable development of enterprises depends on the value of creating the ability to upgrade.This paper demonstrated that the corporate strategic decisions of corporate valuecreation ability, the study results show that the corporate growth and corporate valuecreation capabilities significant. On this basis, this paper build the enterprise valuemodel based on the growth of enterprises, encourage enterprises to allocate capitalefficiently, more rational planning of the development of enterprises, so that it couldenhance the enterprise’s ability to create value, increase the overall competitiveness ofenterprises. In this paper, it is to aim at the management of SMEs in China listedcompanies blind pursuit of high-speed growth of enterprises the current situation, that business is growing so fast that it may cause a company’s resources become nervous,then it would bring a lot of financial risk to the enterprise analysis from theperspective of value growth, and even bankruptcy. The goals of business should be thesustainable the growth of the enterprise value, so that can be essentially reflect thereal value creation. In this paper, it measures business growth Tobin’Q indicators as a measure of value creation from the growth rate and the growth of quality. On thisbasis, the value of the decision-making model was constructed based on thesustainable growth of enterprises develop a financial strategy of investment, financingand distribution enterprises apply for different life cycle. This is a dynamic financialstrategy, and it is able to dynamically adapt to the whole process of development ofthe enterprise. In this paper, this line of thought of listed companies in China’s SMEbold application and use empirical research method is described in detail.Finally, we emphasize again that the correct Business Strategy and Policy coulenhance corporate value creation ability. By the empirical data, we find that thecorporate financial strategy decisions could really affect the corporate value creationability to enhance motivation. This means that attention and financial developmentstrategy will enhance the company’s ability to create value. This paper just did sometentative exploration, and expected that the the domestic small plates listedcompanies management to truly aware of the importance of the financial strategy ofthe corporate value creation, and made full use of various resources to increase corporate value.
